Our goal is to optimize your production and uptime. Given the size of the service territory and the traveling time required for Bauer Equipment India Pvt Ltd (BEI) , technicians to get to many jobsites, the fastest and most cost-effective way to get your machine back into operation is often through direct communication between BEI customer service technicians and customer on-site technicians.

Immediate supplies to customers

In order to support our customers, we have a central workshop in Navi Mumbai wherein we carry out major repairs for our customers, and also stock spare parts of equipment, drilling tools, Kelly bars and drilling tools consumables for immediate supplies to our customers. Due to the growing market demands and increasing market share in the local market, we are continuously making investments in terms of recruiting trained manpower in sales and service, new offices, workshop capabilities, parts and IT capabilities.

In addition of that we have warehouse in Chennai too, wherein we stock spare parts of equipment, and drilling tools consumables for immediate supplies to our customers working in southern region of India.
